- COVERMARK membership and membership points are the sole property of the member and cannot be transferred to others.
- Members can only register for one membership with their personal phone number and cannot share it with others.
- Membership is valid for COVERMARK Hong Kong online stores, shops and counters.
- Existing Covermark Club members must use their original personal information (such as name and phone number) to add new points earned from online purchases to your existing members’ points when shopping online.
- The Points Rewards Program is only applicable to purchases of products.
- Accrual of Reward Points must be redeemed within the specific month of each year and recalculated on 1 January of each year.
- To protect the interests of members, all points earned, whether earned online or not, must be redeemed in person at Covermark stores or counters, and identification documents are required to verify identity when redeeming gifts.
- If another person needs to collect the gift on behalf of another person, the authorization letter signed by the member himself and a copy of the member’s identity card must be presented as proof before the redemption can be made.
- COVERMARK shall not be liable for any theft of points due to failure to present the above certificates.
- The record of points is subject to the COVERMARK membership system.
- IF ANY SUSPECTED CHEATING IS DISCOVERED, COVERMARK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE MEMBER’S MEMBERSHIP AND POINTS WITHOUT NOTICE.
- Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- All gifts are non-exchangeable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Gifts are available while stocks last.
- COVERMARK reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, COVERMARK decision shall be final.
